We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Digital Marketing Manager with deep expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and multichannel lead generation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across platforms to drive measurable growth across eCommerce, IT Services, Real Estate, and Travel sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube).
- Generate high-quality leads using tools like Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and more.
- Create, test, and optimize full-funnel marketing strategies across channels including email, WhatsApp, retargeting, and content-based campaigns.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to build high-converting landing pages and creatives.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and create actionable insights.
- Manage campaign budgets and deliver ROI-focused performance marketing results.
- Work closely with sales and business teams to align marketing goals with lead quality and business outcomes.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills & Tools:
- Expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, Video)
- Strong command over lead generation tools: Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, and Conversion Tracking
- Ability to run multi-domain campaigns across eCommerce, IT Services, Real Estate, and Travel
- Strong analytical mindset with reporting capabilities using Excel/Data Studio
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint Certification is a plus
- Prior experience in agency setup or multi-brand management will be preferred
- Knowledge of basic SEO principles and landing page CRO
