Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore. This role involves planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, and other online channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement. The specialist will manage social media accounts, create and optimize content, monitor campaign performance, and use web analytics tools to measure and report on KPIs. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with the creative and events teams, optimizing online presence, managing paid campaigns, and staying up to date with digital trends and best practices. The role also requires clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders to align digital strategies with overall brand and event objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with experience planning and executing multi-channel campaigns.
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including content planning, community management, and paid social advertising.
- Ability to work with Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to interpret data, track performance, and optimize campaigns.
- Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, presenting campaign results, and engaging with clients.
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM, email marketing, and basic content creation for digital platforms.
- Prior experience in agency, branding, or event marketing environments is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
