→ Own and run paid social and/or search campaigns — with real budget and real autonomy
→ Shape content strategy across channels, from brief to publish
→ Track what's working, cut what's not, and explain why — in plain English
→ Collaborate with a small, senior team (no layers, no bureaucracy)
→ Bring ideas without being asked — and actually see them get made

→ Solid grasp of at least one digital channel (paid, organic, email, SEO — your choice)
→ Comfortable with data — not a data scientist, just someone who can read a dashboard
