Role Overview

ATS India Private Limited is seeking an experienced and hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to take end-to-end ownership of key marketing initiatives. This is not an entry-level role. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, think strategically, and execute consistently across email marketing, content, market research, and social media with minimal supervision.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, write, and execute email marketing campaigns; manage audience segmentation and track performance metrics.
  • Conduct market, competitor, and industry research and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a structured content calendar aligned with business goals.
  • Create SEO-informed blog posts and supporting content for email and social channels.
  • Design on-brand creatives for digital campaigns using Canva or similar tools.
  • Manage and grow brand presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Monitor analytics across campaigns and optimize performance based on insights.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing stakeholders based in the US, ensuring overlap during business hours.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience with ownership of campaigns.
  • Proven experience with email marketing platforms including segmentation and analytics.
  • Strong copywriting skills for blogs, emails, and social media.
  • Comfort with market research and translating insights into content strategy.
  • Proficiency in Canva and working knowledge of SEO principles.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or ClickUp.


Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience working with Salesforce or another CRM platform.
  • Background in B2B marketing, especially in engineering, manufacturing, automotive, or aerospace industries.
  • Experience developing and managing long-term content calendars.
  • Experience working with US-based teams or clients.


Work Schedule & Expectations

  • This role is based in Hyderabad and requires partial overlap with US business hours to collaborate with global stakeholders.
