About the Role
*astTECS Communications is looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with 3–4 years of experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and scaling paid campaigns to generate high-quality B2B leads and maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Manage and scale Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
- Monitor and improve key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversions
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting
- Drive lead generation campaigns for Cloud Telephony, IP PBX, and Call Center solutions
- Analyze performance using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite
- Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly performance reports with insights
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, content) for campaign success
- Support SEO initiatives and website updates (WordPress preferred)
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–4 years of experience in Digital / Performance Marketing
Hands-on expertise in:
- Google Ads (PPC, remarketing, display campaigns)
- Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and optimization techniques
- Experience with Google Analytics and Tag Manager
- Basic knowledge of SEO and landing page optimization
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage campaigns independently and deliver results
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS / Telecom / IT / B2B marketing
- Google Ads / Meta certifications
- Proven track record of lead generation and campaign scaling
