Location: Chennai (Full-time, On-site)
Experience Level: 2–5+ years (relevant experience preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing strategies to boost brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and drive business inquiries for our FTWZ services.
- Manage and grow our social media channels (LinkedIn focus + Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter) with engaging B2B content that highlights duty deferment benefits, cost savings, and logistics excellence.
- Create high-impact content: compelling copy for posts, blogs, emails, and website updates + design eye-catching posters, banners, infographics, and promotional visuals.
- Handle web design/updates: Maintain and enhance our website (astromarfreezone.com) with fresh layouts, SEO-friendly pages, user-friendly navigation, and conversion-focused elements.
- Run targeted campaigns: SEO/SEM (Google Ads), LinkedIn ads, email marketing, and performance tracking to improve organic reach and ROI.
- Analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics, social insights, and ad platforms — turn data into actionable improvements.
- Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and leadership in a fast-paced environment to align marketing with business goals.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, and online campaign management.
- Strong content writing skills — ability to craft clear, persuasive B2B copy that explains complex logistics/FTWZ concepts simply and compellingly.
- Solid web designing experience (HTML/CSS basics, WordPress/CMS updates, responsive design, UX/UI awareness).
- Creative flair in poster designing, graphic creation (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator), and visual storytelling for promotions/ads.
- Experience with web analytics, SEO/SEM tools, and deriving insights from data.
- Excellent written & verbal communication; collaborative mindset for a team-oriented, on-site setup.
- Advantageous: Prior exposure to logistics, supply chain, warehousing, or B2B industrial sectors (helps you speak our language!).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
