Role Description: Performance Marketing Executive (Social Media + AI)

• Run & scale Meta campaigns for astrology consultation services
• Craft high-converting hooks, angles & creatives around real user problems (love, career, marriage)
• Analyze CTR, CPA, ROAS & optimize daily
• Test multiple creative variations & scale what works fast
• Use AI tools to increase speed, output & insights

• You can generate multiple ad angles quickly using AI

💡 You’re a Fit If
• 2-4 years in Meta Ads / performance marketing
• Experience in D2C / service-based marketing
• Strong understanding of consumer psychology
