Role Description

AI Marketing Lab is expanding our Hyderabad operations and seeking a high-ownership Digital Marketing Manager who can also lead the branch and build a high-performance marketing team. This role is not typical; we are looking for someone with a startup mindset who can build systems, train teams, and drive execution.

Location: Hyderabad (On-site)

Experience: Minimum 5+ years in Digital Marketing

Salary: Up to ₹10 LPA

Working Hours: Monday – Saturday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the Hyderabad branch operations

- Manage and mentor teams across:

- SEO

- Performance Marketing (Meta & Google Ads)

- Social Media Marketing

- Website Development

- Train team members and implement structured processes & SOPs

- Ensure campaigns are performance-driven and ROI focused

- Coordinate across multiple client accounts and projects

- Build scalable systems to improve team productivity and results

Who We Are Looking For:

- 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience

- Experience managing multi-disciplinary marketing teams

- Strong understanding of SEO, performance marketing, and digital strategy

- Startup experience preferred

- A go-getter mindset who can take ownership and drive results
