Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow A2Zee HR Solutions social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Design and execute paid ads (Meta Ads / Google Ads).
- Ideate and create content: posts, reels, videos, case studies landing pages.
- Email marketing, WhatsApp marketing lead-nurturing campaigns.
- SEO, keyword research website content optimization.
- Prepare weekly analytics reports and growth insights.
- Support branding for HR trainings, events client projects.
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of Social Media Management.
- Canva / graphic designing basics.
- Video editing (CapCut / Premier Pro added benefit).
- SEO, Google Analytics Ads Manager.
- Creative thinking + marketing mindset.
- Good communication skills.
