🚀 We're Hiring at Rasta Pay! | Digital Marketing & Data Executive | Agra, UP
Rasta Pay is India's first organized court-level traffic challan settlement platform. We help fleet operators, transporters, logistics and cargo companies settle their pending challans at the minimum legally possible amount. Fast, legal, and hassle-free.
In less than a year, we have settled 5,000+ challans for 200+ B2B clients across Delhi, UP, Haryana, Rajasthan, and Chandigarh. Entirely through organic growth. Now we are ready to scale, and we are looking for a sharp, driven individual to lead our digital marketing and data operations from Agra.
About the Role
This is a dual role. Part marketer, part data keeper. You will be responsible for running our paid campaigns, managing our social media presence, handling outbound outreach, and keeping our company data clean, organized, and up to date. You will work directly with leadership and have real ownership of outcomes from day one.
What You Will Do
✦ Plan and run paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn targeting B2B transporters and fleet companies
✦ Manage Rasta Pay's presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram with consistent, conversion focused content
✦ Execute outbound outreach via LinkedIn DMs, WhatsApp, and email to generate qualified B2B leads
✦ Maintain and organize the company's client database, CRM records, and lead lists with accuracy
✦ Prepare weekly performance reports and optimize campaigns based on data
✦ Coordinate ad creatives and content in English and Hindi
What We Are Looking For
✦ 1 to 3 years of hands on experience in digital marketing, social media, or data management
✦ Comfortable with Excel and Google Sheets for structured data and reporting
✦ Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
✦ Commercial mindset. You think in leads and conversions, not just impressions
✦ Self driven, organized, and ready to thrive in a fast moving startup
✦ Basic design skills on Canva or similar tools are an advantage
