Job Summary
We are looking for a result-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in Paid Advertising and SEO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, generate leads, and improve online visibility across search engines and paid platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Advertising (Google Ads / Social Media Ads)
- Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, etc.
- Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and campaign structuring.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI, CPC, CPA, and conversions.
- Create A/B testing strategies for ad copies, creatives, and landing pages.
- Manage ad budgets effectively to maximize performance.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Conduct on-page and off-page SEO activities.
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and structure.
- Build high-quality backlinks and manage link-building strategies.
- Improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other tools.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Identify growth opportunities based on data-driven analysis.
Collaboration & Strategy
- Work closely with content, design, and development teams.
- Suggest improvements for landing pages and conversion optimization.
- Stay updated with latest trends in digital marketing, SEO, and paid media.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO tools
- Knowledge of keyword research tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, etc.)
- Understanding of Google Analytics and Search Console
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Good communication and reporting skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in lead generation campaigns
- Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Experience in B2B/B2C digital marketing
