Role Description
The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to grow our brand and user base. Responsibilities include managing social media accounts, analyzing web traffic metrics, developing marketing strategies, and coordinating online outreach initiatives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and effective campaign performance will also be essential. This is a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing strategies to engage and grow audiences.
- Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Web Analytics for campaign performance tracking and optimization.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for content creation and stakeholder collaboration.
- Understanding of customer behavior in the fintech sector and ability to apply insights to marketing campaigns.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with the Indian financial ecosystem, particularly chits or other community-based savings mechanisms, is a plus.
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
