Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive
Qualifications:
* Background in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
* 1-2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing / social media
management
* Certification or courses in digital marketing (preferred)
* Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin,
YouTube
* Knowledge of content creation tools (Canva, basic video editing apps, etc.)
* Familiarity with Meta Ads, social media algorithms, and current digital trends
* Creative mindset with good communication and design sense
* Basic understanding of marketing analytics and performance tracking
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow CCAW's social media presence across all platforms
* Plan, create, and execute engaging content (posts, reels, stories, flyers, campaigns)
* Design visually appealing creatives aligned with brand identity
* Develop strategies to increase visibility, reach, and engagement
* Run and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for marketing outreach
* Stay updated with trends, algorithms, and digital marketing best practices
* Create promotional materials such as flyers, posters, and digital campaigns
* Support outreach initiatives to promote centre services and programs
* Monitor performance metrics and refine strategies accordingly
* Collaborate with the team for campaigns, events, and awareness initiatives
