We’re Hiring: Video Editor + SEO Specialist (Real Estate)
We’re building a high-performance real estate marketing team focused on content + SEO.
Video Editor:
• Reels, Shorts & YouTube property videos
• Strong hooks (first 3 sec), cinematic edits, captions
• Tools: Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut
SEO Specialist:
• Website optimization + lead-focused landing pages
• On-page, technical SEO & keyword strategy
• WordPress/Webflow experience preferred
Looking for people who understand marketing, not just execution
Qualifications
Video Editor:
• Experience in real estate / luxury / lifestyle videos
• Strong skills in cinematic editing, transitions & color grading
• Ability to create high-retention hooks (first 3 sec)
• Understanding of Instagram Reels, Shorts & YouTube formats
• Knows how to edit for engagement + lead generation
SEO Specialist:
• Proven experience in SEO (on-page, technical, keyword research)
• Experience working on lead-generating websites
• Knowledge of WordPress / Webflow
• Understanding of Google ranking & user behavior
• Ability to optimize for traffic + conversions
