Role Description
1. Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute online marketing campaigns for product promotion and brand awareness.
- Manage website traffic, SEO, Google Business Profile, and lead generation activities.
- Run paid ads on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Handle email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, and remarketing campaigns.
- Coordinate content creation for banners, blogs, videos, and product promotions.
- Improve online visibility and conversions.
2. Social Media & Content Promotion
- Manage Meta Facebook, Meta Instagram, LinkedIn LinkedIn, YouTube YouTube, and WhatsApp Business promotions.
- Create reels, posts, product launches, festive offers, and engagement campaigns.
- Grow followers, inquiries, and customer engagement.
3. Sales & Business Development
- Generate D2C and B2C sales through digital channels.
- Convert online leads into confirmed orders.
- Contact retailers, distributors, corporate buyers, gift buyers, and institutions.
- Build reseller / dealer / channel partner network.
- Achieve monthly revenue and order targets.
4. Marketplace & E-commerce Support
- Upload and manage products on website / marketplaces.
- Optimize listings, pricing, keywords, and product descriptions.
- Monitor reviews and customer feedback.
5. Reporting & Analytics
- Track ROI of campaigns, CPL, conversions, traffic, and sales.
- Maintain daily reports for leads, inquiries, and sales closures.
- Suggest growth strategies based on analytics.
Required Skills
- Digital marketing knowledge (SEO, Ads, Lead Generation)
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Graphic tools knowledge: Canva / Adobe Photoshop
- Excel / CRM handling
- Good communication in Hindi & English
- Target-driven and self-motivated
Qualification
- Graduate / MBA / BBA / Marketing preferred
- 1–4 years experience in Digital Marketing / Sales
Salary Structure
- ₹22,000 – ₹40,000 + Incentives + TA/DA + Performance Bonus
