About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing Sales Consultant who can identify business opportunities, acquire new clients, and help businesses grow through our digital marketing services. This is a performance-driven role ideal for individuals who enjoy sales, client consulting, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and convert leads for digital marketing services.
Understand clients' business objectives and recommend suitable digital marketing strategies.
Prepare customized digital marketing plans based on client requirements.
Define business goals, KPIs, and expected outcomes for clients.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Conduct client meetings, consultations, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the internal marketing team to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly revenue targets.
Requirements
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of Digital Marketing (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media, Website Development, etc.).
Ability to understand different business models and propose marketing solutions.
Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset.
Prior experience in sales, business development, or digital marketing is preferred.
Must own a laptop and have a stable high-speed internet connection.
Comfortable working independently from home.
Compensation
Performance-Based Opportunity
No fixed salary initially.
After successfully converting your first 5 clients, you will become eligible for a fixed salary of ₹40,000 per month, along with future performance-based growth opportunities.
