Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Digital Marketing & Sales Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about marketing, sales, and business growth, and are ready to work in a performance-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
Manage social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and improve engagement
Create and coordinate content including posts, reels, banners, and promotional creatives
Generate leads through online campaigns and landing pages
Track campaign performance and optimize for better ROI
Sales & Lead Conversion
Handle inbound and outbound leads generated via digital platforms
Convert leads into customers through calls, emails, and follow-ups
Maintain a structured sales pipeline and CRM updates
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Support business development activities and partnerships
Requirements
Fresh graduate (BBA, BCom, MBA, or related field preferred)
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work in a target-driven environment
Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented mindset
Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Excel, or social media platforms is a plus
