Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate ongoing digital marketing projects and daily operational activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and clients while maintaining timely execution of campaigns and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate digital marketing projects and daily campaign activities
- Prepare project reports and maintain task trackers
- Share regular client updates and project status reports
- Manage LinkedIn page updates and website coordination
- Assist in Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Amazon Ads coordination
- Coordinate with content, design, and marketing teams for timely execution
- Ensure regular follow-ups on pending tasks and smooth workflow management
- Prepare daily updates and monitor project progress
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or project coordination
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing platforms and social media management
- Good multitasking and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets
