Job Title: Manager/ Sr. Manager – Digital Marketing

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly driven and hands-on Manager/ Senior Manager – Digital Marketing (Individual Contributor role) to own and execute our digital marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with strong execution capability and thrives in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment. You will be responsible for driving demand generation, optimizing performance marketing campaigns, and contributing directly to pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Strategy & Execution:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue goals.
Plan and run end-to-end campaigns across SEO, SEM, paid media, email marketing, and social channels
to generate high-quality leads.
Independently manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) with a focus on ROI,
CAC, and conversions.
- Hands-on Campaign Management:
Set up, monitor, and continuously improve campaigns—ad creatives, targeting, bidding, and budgets.
- Marketing Automation & Lead Nurturing:
Execute lead nurturing workflows, email campaigns, and automation journeys to improve conversion
rates.
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and CRM
dashboards; derive actionable insights.
Work closely with content/design teams to develop high-impact messaging, landing pages, and
campaign assets.
- Website & Conversion Optimization:
Drive landing page improvements and A/B testing to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
- Market & Competitor Insights:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and new digital channels.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 6–10 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably B2B SaaS.
- Proven hands-on experience in managing and optimizing digital campaigns.
- Strong expertise in performance marketing, SEO/SEM, and marketing automation tools.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager (or similar)
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach.
- Ability to independently manage multiple campaigns while working collaboratively
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in scaling demand generation for SaaS products.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales funnel optimization.
- Exposure to Account-Based Marketing (ABM) is a plus.
