• Proven experience handling Google Ads & social media campaigns
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Certifications (Google Ads / Meta Blueprint) preferred
📝 Job Role & Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across Google & social platforms
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
• Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS
• Monitor performance and generate reports with actionable insights
• Perform A/B testing of creatives, copies, an landing pages
• Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI
• Collaborate with design and content teams for high-performing creatives
• Stay updated with latest trends and algorithm changes
