About the Role

This is an execution-first, high-ownership role at the intersection of digital marketing and financial services. The person will translate marketing strategy and sales directives into precise, measurable digital actions — campaigns, content pipelines, lead funnels, and brand touchpoints — specifically within the Mutual Funds advisory and distribution ecosystem.

Think of this role as the engine room of marketing: strategy gets decided upstairs, and this person makes it run.


Key Responsibilities

Campaign Operations & Execution

  • Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and LinkedIn targeting retail and HNI investor segments.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle — from brief to launch to optimisation to reporting.
  • Operate and monitor marketing automation workflows (email, WhatsApp, SMS drips) for investor onboarding and engagement journeys.

Brand Engagement & Content Deployment

  • Coordinate content calendars aligned to market events (SIP season, budget cycles, regulatory updates).
  • Oversee publishing across owned channels — website, social media, YouTube — ensuring consistency in brand voice and compliance with SEBI/AMFI communication guidelines.
  • Brief and manage creative/content vendors or in-house teams for rapid asset turnaround.

Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition

  • Build and manage lead funnels using landing pages, lead magnets (calculators, guides, webinars), and paid acquisition.
  • Work with the Sales Operations Director to ensure MQL-to-SQL handoffs are clean, tracked, and actioned.
  • Manage CRM hygiene and ensure marketing touches are logged and attributed correctly.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Maintain performance dashboards (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM reports).
  • Deliver weekly/monthly campaign reports with actionable insights — not just numbers.
  • Track CAC, CPL, engagement rates, and funnel conversion metrics across investor segments.

Trend Awareness & Platform Adaptability

  • Stay current with digital marketing trends relevant to financial services — SEBI digital guidelines,marketing norms, emerging platforms, influencer compliance, etc.
  • Proactively bring platform updates, audience insights, or tool improvements to the strategy team.



Qualification & Experience Required :

  • 3–6 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, with at least 1–2 years in financial services, fintech, AMC, or Mutual Fund distribution.
  • Proficient in running paid campaigns on Meta and Google, and familiar with LinkedIn B2B targeting.

Working knowledge of tools like HubSpot / Zoho CRM / LeadSquared, Google Analytics 4, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp or similar.

  • Comfortable with AMFI/SEBI communication compliance for financial product marketing.
  • Understands investor personas — SIP starters, lump-sum investors, NRIs, HNIs — and can adapt messaging accordingly.
  • Strong execution instinct: you close tasks, not just open them.
  • Proactive communicator who flags blockers early and proposes solutions, not just problems.

What Sets the Right Candidate Apart

  • Experience with investor education content formats (SIP calculators, fund comparators, risk profiling tools).
  • Exposure to distributor/IFA channel marketing in addition to direct-to-investor marketing.
  • Knowledge of ARN-holder ecosystem and how MFDs operate.
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API or conversational marketing for financial services.
