Job Description:
Param is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing & Operations Intern to support the execution of digital and on-ground initiatives. This role focuses on implementing marketing activities, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across multiple touchpoints.
You will work closely with the core team to bring campaigns to life, manage lead flows, support events, and ensure consistency in execution across digital platforms and physical
experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
● Assist in executing digital marketing activities across social media platforms and campaign tools
● Support content scheduling, publishing, and coordination with design and video teams
● Help set up and manage basic campaigns on platforms like Meta Ads Manager
● Monitor and manage incoming inquiries, comments, and messages across channels
● Maintain and update lead databases from campaigns, events, and outreach efforts
● Support WhatsApp and email outreach campaigns, including follow-ups
● Assist in planning and executing on-ground events, workshops, and camps
● Coordinate logistics such as registrations, participant tracking, and basic event operations
● Capture basic photo/video content during events for digital use
● Support outreach to schools, institutions, and partners, including follow-ups
● Maintain trackers, reports, and documentation for campaigns, leads, and operations
● Assist in organizing marketing collaterals and internal resources
Requirements:
● Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
● Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
● Strong organisational and coordination skills
● Ability to handle both digital and on-ground responsibilities
● Good communication and interpersonal skills
● Proficiency in spreadsheets and basic digital tools
● Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
● Prior internship or project experience in marketing, events, or operations
● Familiarity with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Sheets, or CRM tools
● Interest in experiential spaces, education, or public engagement initiatives
● Ability to work in fast-paced, execution-heavy environments
