We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Operations Manager to oversee the execution of client projects within our digital marketing agency.
This role serves as the central coordination point between clients, strategy consultants, and the creative team, ensuring seamless workflows, timely delivery, and a consistently high-quality client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client communication across platforms and ensure timely, professional responses
- Build strong client relationships through regular updates and follow-ups
- Plan, assign, and track tasks to ensure smooth project workflows and timely delivery
- Monitor progress across multiple accounts and align deliverables with timelines
- Review content for quality, brand consistency, and strategic alignment
- Manage client approvals and oversee content scheduling and publishing
- Coordinate with the creative team to resolve bottlenecks and ensure smooth execution
- Maintain project trackers and provide regular status updates
- Handle client onboarding by organizing assets and setting up workflows
- Ensure all deliverables meet high standards of accuracy, branding, and overall quality
Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, project management, or digital marketing
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and client-handling abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- High attention to detail with a focus on quality and execution.
