π Role: Digital Marketing Expert (Equity-Based)
This is NOT a typical βrun adsβ role.
π You will be
building the voice, narrative, and growth engine of Kefilo from 0 to scale
π₯ Key Responsibilities 1. Brand Building & Positioning
- Define how Kefilo is perceived:
- Not food delivery
- Not diet service
- But a health-through-food ecosystem
- Build a strong, differentiated brand identity
- Content & Storytelling Engine
- Lead:
- Social media strategy (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Founder-led storytelling
- Educational + behavioral content
- Build content funnels:
- Awareness β Trust β Conversion
- Growth Experiments & Distribution
- Run high-impact growth experiments:
- Local campaigns (Bhubaneswar pilot)
- Community-driven growth
- College & hospital outreach
- Test:
- Organic + paid strategies (lean budgets initially)
- Product & Campaign Launches
- Lead GTM for:
- Meal programs
- Food products (atta, mixes, etc.)
- Events & health programs
- Create high-conversion campaigns
- Data-Driven Marketing
- Track:
- CAC
- Retention
- Conversion funnels
- Optimize continuously using insights
- Founder & Ecosystem Branding
- Work closely with founder to:
- Build personal brand
- Launch podcasts, collaborations
- Position Kefilo as thought leader in food-health space
π― What Weβre Looking For
- 1β3+ years in digital marketing / growth / content
- Strong understanding of:
- Consumer psychology
- Content virality
- Brand building
- Ability to:
- Execute AND think strategically
- Bonus:
- Experience in food, health, or D2C brands
