We are looking for a highly skilled and performance-driven digital marketer with 4+ years of real-time experience in lead generation, paid campaigns, marketing automation, and AI-powered marketing strategies.

About the RoleThe Digital Marketing Officer will be responsible for planning, executing, optimising, and reporting digital marketing campaigns to generate quality leads and support student enrolment growth for IHM Australia.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, lead generation campaigns, webinars, email marketing, marketing automation, and AI marketing tools.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and optimise Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.
- Handle TikTok Ads campaigns for awareness and lead generation.
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to improve both lead volume and lead quality.
- Coordinate and promote webinars, online events, and student engagement campaigns.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing workflows.
- Work with marketing automation tools to improve lead follow-up and conversion.
- Use AI marketing tools to improve content creation, campaign performance, automation, and productivity.
- Track campaign performance using tools such as GA4, Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, CRM reports, and dashboards.
- Analyse campaign data and optimise campaigns based on CPL, conversion rate, lead quality, and ROI.
- Collaborate with content, creative, sales, and admissions teams to improve campaign outcomes.
- Support landing page optimisation, ad copywriting, audience segmentation, and remarketing campaigns.
- Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing performance reports.
Required Skills & Experience- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
