Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing & MIS Executive, located in Pune District. The role requires managing and analyzing management information systems, performing routine MIS reporting, and providing data insights to support business decisions. The executive will also implement and monitor digital marketing campaigns, ensuring their alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities may include collecting, organizing, and analyzing data, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes and marketing strategies.
Key Resposibilities -
Manage social media and digital Agencies for (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
Check and approve media plans & schedule related to posts, reels, and campaigns
Coordinate with designers/content team
Manage comments, DMs, and engagement
Maintain MIS reports (Daily leads, campaign performance, daily/Weekly/Monthly & Quarterly reports)
Track and analyze ad performance (Meta Ads / Google Ads basic understanding)
Data entry & reporting using Excel / Google Sheets
Required Skills -
Basic knowledge of social media marketing
Execellent command over MS - Excel (Google Sheets) / Word / PowerPoint
Understanding of reels/trending content
Strong communication skills
Attention to detail (for Creative sanity & MIS work)
Basic knowledge of tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva
Preferred (Add-ons) -
Experience in real estate sector (big plus for you)
Knowledge of CRM tools
Basic understanding of paid ads
