Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Mentor at Betterinu. This is not a typical marketing job focused only on execution you will be responsible for transferring real-world marketing capability to learners.
You will guide learners through practical digital marketing workflows including campaign execution, performance tracking, and optimization, while also contributing to real marketing initiatives within the organization.
What You’ll Do
• Plan and execute real-world digital marketing campaigns
• Guide learners in performance marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
• Teach campaign strategy, funnel building, and optimization techniques
• Help learners understand analytics, ROI tracking, and decision-making
• Collaborate with internal teams on marketing initiatives
• Ensure practical, execution-focused learning experiences
What We’re Looking For
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and campaign strategy
• Ability to mentor and clearly explain real-world concepts
• Experience managing ad campaigns and analyzing results
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
