Job Description
We are looking for a creative and results-driven professional to manage our social media platforms and digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate should be capable of creating engaging content strategies, managing online campaigns, improving brand visibility, and driving audience growth across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Plan content calendars and schedule posts, stories, reels, and other digital content.
- Develop engaging captions, hashtags, and promotional strategies.
- Coordinate with video editors and graphic designers for social media creatives and video content.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve website and video discoverability.
- Monitor social media engagement, audience growth, website traffic, and campaign performance.
- Analyze marketing data and prepare performance reports.
- Develop strategies to promote videos, podcasts, and other digital content.
- Stay updated with social media trends, digital marketing tools, and industry developments.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Understanding of SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and digital campaign management.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, YouTube Studio, and social media analytics.
- Strong communication, content-planning, and analytical skills.
- Creative thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
