Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager at our Bengaluru office.
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of day-to-day marketing operations and execute campaigns across multiple channels with minimal supervision.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing and executing social media content and campaigns
- Planning and running paid ads on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google
- Supporting and implementing SEO strategies (on-page, basic off-page, content coordination)
- Monitoring campaign performance and optimizing for leads, conversions, and ROI
- Coordinating with designers, content creators, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
- Managing multiple client accounts and ensuring timely delivery of tasks
This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, proactive, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns
- Run and optimize Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns
- Handle social media planning, posting, and performance tracking
- Assist in SEO execution (keyword planning, on-page updates, basic audits)
- Track and analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.
- Generate and present performance reports with actionable insights
- Ensure smooth project and client coordination
Qualifications & Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing (agency experience preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of:
- Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Social Media Management
- Basic SEO principles
- Ability to execute independently (not just plan or strategize)
- Good understanding of lead generation funnels and performance marketing
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
