Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager (Meta & Google Ads) located in Kanpur. The responsibilities include planning, implementing, and optimizing advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads to maximize ROI. The role also involves analyzing campaign performance, creating detailed reports, managing budgets effectively, and brainstorming strategies for growth. This individual will collaborate with creative and analytical teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness across all marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in developing, managing, and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in monitoring campaign performance, A/B testing, and reporting on key performance metrics.
- Ability to strategize and execute digital marketing plans, and adapt to new trends in the digital advertising landscape.
- Experience in budget management to ensure targeted and cost-effective ad spend.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and similar platforms to track and refine strategies.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills to ensure collaboration across teams.
- Ability to work on-site in Kanpur, with strong problem-solving capabilities and a goal-oriented mindset.
- Preferred qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, with prior experience in digital marketing or advertising roles.
