The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, enhance brand visibility, and maximize ROI. This role involves end-to-end campaign management across digital platforms, data-driven optimization, and brand building aligned with Aliens Group's vision.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing & Strategy:
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and conversions.
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across digital channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, etc.) including budget allocation, bid management, and ROI optimization.
- Conduct market research, customer segmentation, and competitor analysis to refine targeting and messaging.
- Analyze and report on key performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CLV, CTR, Conversion Rates) to guide data-driven decisions.
- Leverage marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other analytics platforms for insights and performance tracking.
-Lead impactful marketing campaigns for new and ongoing projects to maximize visibility and engagement.
Analytics & Innovation:
- Prepare and present campaign performance reports and insights to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Implement continuous optimization and innovation in campaign execution to achieve superior outcomes.
Salary: Best per the current market
Location: Hyderabad (Week-offs on Monday)
Mode: Work from Office (11-8pm)
