Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and manage our digital marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing digital campaigns, driving performance, and ensuring the team stays aligned with evolving digital trends and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 10 digital marketing executives
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, etc.)
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure ROI-driven marketing
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams for campaign alignment
• Implement new tools, automation, and technologies to improve efficiency
• Stay updated with the latest digital trends and industry best practices
• Oversee content strategy, lead generation, and brand visibility initiatives

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing (mandatory)
• Prior experience in team handling / leadership role
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, SEO, social media, and analytics
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and platforms
• Good analytical and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and team management capabilities
• Relevant educational background in Digital Marketing / Marketing / Business

Preferred Profile

• Candidates with experience handling automobile / retail / multi-location businesses
• Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM systems, and analytics tools
