Job Summary
We are looking for a creative, analytical, and result-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and business growth.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in performance marketing, SEO, social media marketing, paid advertising, campaign management, and digital analytics. The candidate must possess hands-on experience in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and optimizing digital performance through data-driven strategies.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
- Drive online brand visibility, lead generation, and customer acquisition initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
Performance Marketing & Paid Campaigns
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
- Optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI and campaign effectiveness.
SEO & Website Management
- Lead SEO initiatives including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
- Improve website traffic, keyword rankings, and organic search visibility.
- Coordinate website updates, content optimization, and landing page improvements.
- Monitor website performance using analytics and SEO tools.
Social Media & Content Marketing
- Develop and manage social media strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Coordinate content creation, marketing calendars, and engagement campaigns.
- Ensure consistent brand communication across all digital channels.
- Track audience engagement and campaign performance metrics.
Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze campaign performance and generate detailed reports with actionable insights.
- Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, and CRM systems.
- Monitor KPIs and provide strategic recommendations for campaign improvements.
- Track lead generation, conversion rates, and digital marketing ROI.
Team Coordination & Leadership
- Collaborate with creative, content, sales, and development teams for campaign execution.
- Manage external agencies, vendors, and marketing partners if required.
- Mentor and guide junior marketing team members.
- Ensure timely execution of all marketing initiatives and deliverables.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong expertise in Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, and marketing automation tools.
- Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion optimization strategies.
- Experience in social media marketing and content planning.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, or SEO preferred.
- Experience working in Ecommerce, IT, Agency, or B2B/B2C environments preferred.
