Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Ludhiana for a Digital Marketing Manager. The role involves managing and executing digital marketing campaigns, analyzing web analytics, generating leads, and driving social media marketing efforts. Additionally, this position will require collaboration with various teams to develop strategies, optimize marketing efforts, and ensure brands achieve measurable growth and visibility across digital channels.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation to effectively engage target audiences and drive conversions
- Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and impact
- Proficiency in Web Analytics for measuring performance and optimizing marketing campaigns
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience in a similar digital marketing role, preferably in the retail or e-commerce sector
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
- Experience with leading marketing tools and platforms is a plus
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads
- , Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

- Manage paid media budgets, ensuring maximum ROI and cost efficiency (CAC, ROAS)
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve campaign performance
- Monitor and optimize conversion funnels, reducing drop-offs and improving lead quality
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and copies
- Analyze campaign performance and share actionable insights and reports for continuous improvement
- Work on retargeting strategies to increase conversions and customer lifetime value (LTV)
