We are looking for a highly experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead and manage the complete end-to-end marketing function of the company, with a strong focus on SEO, AEO, AI-driven marketing, Paid Ads, PR, Campaign Management, Lead Funnels, and Industrial Event Promotions.
Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the complete marketing and digital marketing activities of XYMA Analytics across all channels. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SEO, AEO, Marketing strategies, Paid Advertising, PR, branding, campaign execution, B2B lead generation funnels, and industrial event promotions, along with the ability to independently execute and optimize global marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
• Drive B2B lead generation campaigns across industrial sectors.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting, and performance marketing campaigns.
• Improve website traffic, search rankings, conversions, and inbound lead generation.
SEO, AEO & AI-Driven Marketing• Lead SEO and AEO initiatives including technical SEO, keyword strategy, content optimization, and backlink building.
• Implement AI-driven marketing strategies to improve search visibility and campaign performance.
• Utilize AI tools for content optimization, automation, analytics, and workflow management.
• Monitor website performance, indexing, and competitor digital strategies.
Campaigns, Events & Brand Management• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns and lead funnels across digital channels.
• Lead promotional activities for industrial expos, webinars, conferences, and global events.
• Manage PR activities, branding initiatives, media outreach, and communication strategies.
• Ensure consistent brand positioning across all marketing platforms.
Content & Social Media• Oversee creation of technical content, LinkedIn campaigns, website content, case studies, and marketing collaterals.
• Manage company presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, and relevant digital platforms.
• Drive AI-optimized content strategies for improved engagement and visibility.
Marketing Operations & Reporting• Handle end-to-end marketing operations, CRM workflows, analytics, and reporting.
• Coordinate with sales, technical, and leadership teams for marketing alignment.
• Track campaign performance, SEO rankings, lead conversions, and ROI metrics.
Reporting & Coordination
The Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with the Leadership Team, CEO, and Global Sales Leads for strategic marketing alignment, campaign execution, lead generation initiatives, and global business growth activities.

• Strong expertise in SEO, AEO, AI-driven marketing, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Performance Marketing, Lead Generation, PR, Branding, and Content Marketing.
• Good understanding of AI-powered search ecosystems and emerging digital marketing trends.
• Experience using AI tools for automation, content optimization, analytics, and campaign management.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to market technical and deep-tech industrial solutions effectively.
