Role Description
We are looking for a driven and creative Digital Marketing Manager to join our Hyderabad team. This is a high-impact, highly visible role — you will be the voice of Visionify on LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Reddit, and other platforms. Your content will directly influence how safety leaders, plant managers, and enterprise buyers perceive and discover our platform.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about B2B tech marketing, loves creating content that educates and engages, and wants to grow rapidly in a fast-paced AI startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
LinkedIn Content & Brand Building
• Plan and publish 3–5 LinkedIn posts per week covering workplace safety trends, Visionify product updates, customer success stories, and AI/computer vision insights
• Write compelling long-form LinkedIn articles that position Visionify as a thought leader in industrial AI safety
• Engage actively with comments, reactions, and follower conversations to grow our LinkedIn community
• Collaborate with leadership to develop personal branding posts for founders and executives
• Track LinkedIn analytics and continuously optimize content for reach, engagement, and follower growth
Social Media Management
• Manage Visionify's presence on Twitter/X, Reddit (r/MachineLearning, r/manufacturing, r/OSHA, etc.), and other relevant communities
• Respond to mentions, questions, and industry conversations in a timely and informed manner
• Identify trending topics in workplace safety, AI, and manufacturing — and quickly create relevant content
• Grow Visionify's follower base across platforms through consistent, value-driven engagement
SEO & Website Content
• Research and execute keyword strategies to improve Visionify's organic search rankings for target terms (workplace safety AI, PPE detection, computer vision safety, etc.)
• Write and publish SEO-optimized blog posts (2–4 per month) that attract inbound traffic from safety managers and industrial buyers
• Conduct on-page SEO audits and implement improvements to meta tags, internal linking, and page structure
• Track rankings, traffic, and content performance using Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs
Content Creation & Campaigns
• Assist in creating marketing collateral including case study excerpts, product one-pagers, email newsletters, and campaign copy
• Repurpose existing content (whitepapers, case studies, webinar recordings) into social posts, infographics, and short-form videos
• Support product launch announcements, event promotions, and customer win highlights
Analytics & Reporting
• Maintain a weekly content calendar and report on performance metrics (impressions, engagement rate, website traffic, lead referrals)
• Use data to identify what content formats and topics perform best, and adjust strategy accordingly
• Present monthly marketing reports to leadership with insights and recommendations
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
• 0–3 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or social media management (internship experience counts)
• Strong written English communication skills — you can write clearly, concisely, and compellingly
• Hands-on knowledge of LinkedIn content strategy and organic growth tactics
• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals: keyword research, on-page optimization, and content strategy
• Working knowledge of social media platforms: LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Reddit, YouTube
• Ability to research complex technical topics (AI, computer vision, industrial safety) and translate them into accessible, engaging content
• Self-starter mentality — comfortable working with minimal supervision and managing your own content calendar
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience marketing a B2B SaaS or deep tech product
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Google Search Console
• Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot) or CRM tools
• Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools
• Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for tracking web performance
• Understanding of industrial sectors such as manufacturing, warehousing, or EHS (Environment, Health & Safety)
• Prior experience managing a G2, Capterra, or Clutch review campaign
• Portfolio of LinkedIn posts, blog articles, or other marketing content you have created

Metric Target
LinkedIn follower growth: 20%+ increase in 6 months
LinkedIn post frequency: 3–5 posts per week, consistently
LinkedIn engagement rate: 3%+ average engagement rate
SEO blog posts published: Minimum 6 articles every month
Organic traffic growth: 15–20% increase to website
Reddit/Twitter engagement: Active daily presence in 3+ communities
Monthly marketing report: Delivered on time every month
