Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Digital Marketing Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team for the night shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and converting prospects into long-term clients for digital marketing services. Strong communication, sales acumen, and understanding of digital marketing are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound/inbound channels (LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, etc.)
- Handle international clients (primarily US/UK/AU markets) during night shift hours
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable digital marketing solutions (SEO, PPC, Social Media, etc.)
- Conduct virtual meetings, presentations, and sales pitches to prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business growth
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, SEO, PPC) to ensure smooth project onboarding
- Maintain CRM records and track sales pipeline effectively
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in business development or sales in digital marketing/IT services
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, etc.)
- Experience in handling international clients is preferred
- Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms
Preferred Skills:- Experience with platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or similar tools
- Basic understanding of website development and analytics
