About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute end-to-end digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in performance marketing, brand building, and lead generation across both B2B and B2C segments, with hands-on experience in platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, and social media channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
Candidate must know SEO, SEM, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Email Marketing and other Social Medias
Drive lead generation for both B2B and B2C segments, ensuring quality and conversion
Manage and optimize LinkedIn marketing campaigns for brand visibility and B2B outreach
Should manage the team under him and should plan, coordinate, execute
Execute performance marketing campaigns for customer acquisition and engagement
Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI, CPL, and conversion rates
Candidate must do content creation for all our companies
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools

Core Digital Marketing Skills:
SEO and SEM
PPC Campaign Management (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
Social Media Marketing (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
Email Marketing and Automation
Content Marketing Strategy
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
Lead Generation and Growth:
Strong experience in B2B and B2C lead generation
Hands-on experience in LinkedIn Ads and organic LinkedIn marketing
Knowledge of lead nurturing, retargeting, and funnel optimization
Understanding of customer journey across B2B and B2C audiences
Tools and Platforms:
Google Analytics and Google Ads
LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Meta Ads Manager
CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce
SEO tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs
Strategic and Leadership Skills:
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
Team handling and leadership experience
Excellent communication and coordination skills
