Hiring: Digital Marketing Manager

About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Associate – Digital & Creative to manage social media platforms, execute event marketing initiatives, and handle creative design operations. The role involves content planning, campaign execution, and ensuring consistent brand communication across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end social media operations (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook), including content planning, posting, and engagement
- Develop monthly and weekly content calendars aligned with campaigns and business priorities
- Design creatives for social media, performance marketing, and event branding (banners, standees, backdrops, invites, digital assets)
- Write platform-specific captions, hooks, and content copies aligned with brand tone
- Plan and execute organic and paid social media campaigns with performance tracking
- Apply SEO principles, hashtag strategies, and platform algorithms to improve reach and engagement
- Monitor trends, competitor activity, and platform updates
- Track metrics like engagement, impressions, reach, follower growth, and ROI, and derive insights
- Coordinate with external vendors (printers, fabricators, freelancers, event partners)
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, event teams)
- Support on-ground event branding and execution requirements
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all touchpoints
- Prepare reports and dashboards for campaign performance
- Stay updated with tools, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and design
Requirements
- Education: Graduate (BBA/BCom/BMS/Marketing/Design/Mass Communication)
- Experience: 1-3 years in Digital Marketing / Social Media / Creative Design
- Skills:
- Social media management & content planning
- Creative design for digital and offline materials
- Basic understanding of SEO, hashtags, and algorithms
- Campaign planning & execution (organic + paid)
- Vendor coordination
- Performance metrics understanding
Technical Skills
- MS Office (PowerPoint & Excel)
- Design tools (Canva / Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / CorelDRAW or similar)
- Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite
- Understanding of scheduling and analytics tools

Compensation
Salary: 3.7-4 LPA
