About the RoleWe are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute high-performance marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in performance marketing, lead generation, and paid advertising, with a focus on driving admissions and business growth.

Key Responsibilities• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns
• Manage and scale Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
• Drive lead generation and improve conversion rates
• Handle SEO strategy and website optimization
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
• Plan and manage social media campaigns
• Work closely with creative and content teams for ad creatives
• Track KPIs, prepare reports, and optimize ROI

Required Skills• Strong hands-on experience in Performance Marketing
• Expertise in Meta Ads & Google Ads
• Good understanding of SEO & website optimization
• Experience in lead generation campaigns
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making
• Good communication and team coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications• Experience in the education sector is a plus
• Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns efficiently
