Role Overview
V-Rich is looking for a Creative Lead to drive design excellence and creative research & development across all visual touchpoints. This role focuses on design execution, logo development, packaging design, and creative innovation, ensuring high-quality and consistent visual output across products and marketing assets.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns across web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, marketplaces, and display advertising.
• Own performance marketing outcomes across paid channels with a strong focus on CAC, ROAS, LTV, and revenue growth.
• Analyze campaign performance and customer data to generate insights and continuously improve effectiveness across channels.
• Identify trends, consumer behavior patterns, and growth opportunities within the digital ecosystem to optimize spend and scale efficiently.
• Design and implement growth strategies to improve customer acquisition, engagement, and
retention for V-Rich’s D2C platform.
• Drive experimentation through A/B testing, multivariate testing, funnel optimization, and conversion rate improvements.
• Work closely with creative, branding, product, tech, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and consistent brand messaging.
• Manage and coordinate with external agencies, media partners, and technology vendors to maximize performance and innovation.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging tools, platforms, AI-driven solutions, and marketing technologies to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Track and improve key D2C metrics, including ABV, LTV, CAC, DAU, MAU, retention, and repeat
rate, and category adoption.
• Manage digital marketing budgets responsibly, ensuring optimal ROI and alignment with business objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI tools, and best practices relevant to FMCG and D2C brands.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in digital marketing within a D2C, eCommerce, FMCG, or app-first environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with performance marketing, analytics tools, and digital campaign management.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret dashboards, reports, and customer insights to drive decisions.
• Working knowledge of AI tools, marketing automation platforms, and growth experimentation frameworks.
• Proven experience in managing budgets and delivering measurable growth in revenue and customer metrics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Self-motivated, growth-oriented professional with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
