Job Description We are looking for a results-driven and performance-focused Digital Marketing Manager to lead our end-to-end marketing efforts for B2B conferences and events. In this role, you will be responsible for driving high-quality lead generation, delegate registrations, and campaign ROI across multiple digital channels. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and create real business impact through marketing.
Key Responsibilities
➤ Lead Generation & Delegate Acquisition:Drive high-quality delegate, sponsor, and partner leads through multi-channel campaigns.
➤ WABA (WhatsApp Business API) Marketing:Plan and execute WhatsApp campaigns, automation, and follow-ups to improve engagement and conversions.
➤ Performance Marketing: Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and other paid channels for lead generation and conversions.
➤ LinkedIn & B2B Marketing:Build and execute strategies to target CXOs and decision-makers through organic and paid campaigns.
➤Content & Social Media: Create and manage high-converting content including LinkedIn posts, ad copies, emailers, and WhatsApp messages.
➤Campaign Analytics & Optimization: Track performance metrics like CPL, ROI, and conversion rates, and continuously optimize campaigns.
➤Funnel Management: Manage the complete funnel from awareness → lead generation → registration → attendance.
Qualifications
➤Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
➤3–5 Years of experience in Digital Marketing / B2B Marketing / Event Marketing
➤Strong understanding of lead generation and performance marketing strategies
Key Skills Required
➤Performance Marketing:Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads & LinkedIn campaigns
➤WABA Expertise:Knowledge of WhatsApp Business API tools and automation
➤Analytical Skills: Ability to track and optimize CPL, ROI, and campaign performance
➤Content Creation: Ability to create professional, crisp, and conversion-focused content
➤Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, CRM, Excel, and marketing platforms
➤Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication
