Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and SEO, preferably in B2C digital products or early-stage startups.

What you'll be doing:
- Drive B2C lead generation across digital channels.
- Plan, run, and optimize ads on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Own website performance, landing pages, and conversions.
- Manage SEO (on-page, content alignment, basic technical SEO).
- Lead social media marketing & engagement.
- Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging.
- Track performance metrics (leads, CPL, conversions, ROI)
What we are looking for:
- 3–5 years’ experience in B2C digital or performance marketing.
- Proven hands-on experience running campaigns directly, not just managing agencies.
- Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google AdWords, YouTube Ads.
- Strong understanding of lead generation funnels (paid media, email marketing, cold outreach, organic content, website conversion, social media, retargeting, referral, and partner-driven acquisition channels). Analytical mindset with comfort using dashboards, Excel/Sheets, and ad platforms.
What Will Give You an Edge:
- Exposure to brand campaigns alongside performance.
- Familiarity with marketing automation or CRM tools like HubSpot.
- Exposure with US-market audiences.
- Experience in high-growth or startup environments.
