Join our team as a Digital Marketing Manager and lead the charge in driving our online presence to new heights. In this role, you will plan, execute, and optimize comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various platforms to achieve our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute all digital marketing efforts, including SMO/SMM, marketing database management, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- build, and maintain a robust social media presence that enhances engagement and brand loyalty.
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs), and making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
- Identify trends and insights to optimize marketing spend and performance.
- Brainstorm and implement innovative growth strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests to refine marketing strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touch points.
- Lead and manage a team of digital marketing professionals, ensuring alignment with goals and optimal performance.
Skills Required:
- 4+ Years of experience in google and facebook Ads
- Extensive experience in digital marketing, with a deep understanding of various platforms and strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Excellent team management skills, with a proven ability to guide and motivate a team to achieve set goals.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high levels of organization and efficiency.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all marketing efforts.
- Full understanding and proficient use of all paid media platforms.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to overcome challenges and drive effective solutions.
