Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute the digital presence of two distinct verticals:
* TOPAX NDT Solutions – A specialized B2B technical solutions company in Non-Destructive Testing
* TOPAX Eye Care – A patient-focused advanced eye care provider
This unique role requires a hybrid thinker who can balance technical industrial marketing with consumer healthcare marketing, driving brand visibility, lead generation, awareness building, and digital growth across both divisions.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for:
* Creating and executing digital marketing campaigns
* Developing strategies for lead generation
* Managing social media channels
* Analyzing web traffic and user engagement metrics
* Optimizing marketing efforts to increase brand visibility and patient engagement
You will work closely with the management team to align marketing initiatives with the hospital’s mission and objectives, while also driving digital growth for both industrial B2B and healthcare B2C verticals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Planning
* Develop integrated digital marketing strategies tailored for:
* Industrial B2B (NDT Solutions) – Lead generation, technical authority building
* Healthcare B2C (Eye Care) – Patient acquisition, trust-building
* Align campaigns with business goals and plan quarterly growth roadmaps.
2. Brand Positioning
* TOPAX NDT Solutions: Establish authority in industrial radiography, aerospace, defence, and infrastructure. Promote expertise via case studies, application notes, and product demos.
* TOPAX Eye Care: Build patient trust and visibility. Promote LASIK, diagnostics, and preventive eye care services.
3. Digital Campaign Management
* Execute Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns (NDT), Meta/Instagram campaigns (Eye Care).
* Run lead generation (NDT) and appointment conversion (Eye Care) campaigns.
4. Social Media Management
* Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Google Business, and industry forums.
* Create monthly content calendars to build engagement and credibility.
5. Content Development
* NDT: Technical posts, product videos, application showcases, exhibition updates.
* Eye Care: Patient education posts, doctor-led videos, testimonials, preventive campaigns.
6. Website & SEO
* Enhance search visibility, manage updates, blogs, and service pages.
* Drive industrial enquiries (NDT) and local patient bookings (Eye Care).
7. Lead Generation & Conversion
* Develop digital funnels for enquiries and appointments.
* Implement CRM integration for improved conversion tracking.
8. Online Reputation Management
* Monitor reviews, ratings, and feedback.
* Strengthen credibility across platforms.
9. Analytics & Reporting
* Track ROI, CPL, patient acquisition cost, and engagement metrics.
* Deliver monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
10. Vendor & Agency Coordination
* Collaborate with designers, ad agencies, developers, and content creators.
Skills Required
* Strong understanding of B2B industrial marketing and B2C healthcare marketing
* Expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, Meta Ads, SEO
* Content-driven storytelling ability
* Data-driven decision-making
Qualifications
* Proven experience in Digital Marketing and Web Analytics
* Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation
* Strong knowledge of Marketing principles and strategies
* Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data to improve performance
* Effective project management and organizational skills
* Experience in healthcare marketing is an advantage
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, or relatedExperience
* 5+ years in Digital Marketing
* Prior exposure to industrial/technical sector and/or healthcare/clinic marketing preferred
