Description
Hiring From socialsphere for Dcalcifer. We are looking for a versatile, self-driven, and detail-oriented E-commerce & Digital Marketing Manager who can take ownership of our entire digital presence. In this role, you will be the person who keeps the engine running — from managing our Shopify store and creating effective ad campaigns, to making sure our products are visible and selling well across online marketplaces. This is not a single-dimensional role. We need someone who understands the full picture of how an e-commerce business operates online, can work independently, and is always looking for ways to improve performance and drive results. If you are someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and takes pride in getting things done, we would love to have you on board.
-Location: Chennai (Work from Office)
What We're Looking For:
- Hands-on experience managing a Shopify store — including product listings, discount setups, and day-to-day store operations
- Ability to independently plan, run, and optimise paid ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Solid understanding of SEO — both on-page and off-page — to improve organic search rankings and visibility
- Experience working with online marketplaces such as Amazon, Blinkit, and Zepto — understanding how listings, pricing, and fulfilment work on these platforms
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and platforms simultaneously
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills and a basic understanding of brand consistency across channels
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
