This is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi, India, for an Experienced Digital Marketing Manager. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and Social Media Marketing. The role involves managing paid advertising campaigns, improving website rankings, generating qualified leads, analyzing campaign performance, and coordinating with creative and content teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
The Digital Marketing Manager will also be responsible for creating growth strategies, handling client communication, monitoring marketing budgets, and identifying new digital opportunities to maximize ROI and business growth.Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing
- Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, Remarketing Campaigns)
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager)
- Practical knowledge of SEO including On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Technical SEO, and Local SEO
- Experience in keyword research, competitor analysis, backlink strategies, and SEO audit tools
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and conversion tracking setup
- Experience in lead generation campaigns and performance marketing strategies
- Understanding of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Experience with social media strategy and organic growth techniques
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed MIS/reporting dashboards
- Knowledge of email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and marketing automation tools is a plus
- Familiarity with tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, Canva, WordPress, and CRM tools
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and funnel-based marketing
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client handling skills
- Strong project management and team coordination abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently
- Knowledge of current digital marketing trends, AI marketing tools, and automation platforms is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field
