Role: Digital Marketing Manager
📍 Theni, Tamil Nadu (Headquarters) | 🏢 Full-Time | 🌱 Industrial Green Energy
What You'll Do
→ Own our end-to-end digital presence — website, SEO, social media, and paid campaigns
→ Drive organic growth: keyword strategy, on-page & technical SEO, content optimization, and backlink building
→ Generate qualified B2B leads for our sales team through Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, and landing pages
→ Create and manage content that positions us as India's solar innovation leader — blogs, case studies, videos, and product explainers
→ Track, analyze, and report performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and CRM data
→ Build our brand across LinkedIn, YouTube, and industry platforms
→ Collaborate with sales and R&D teams to turn technical innovation into compelling marketing stories
What We're Looking For
→ 4–8 years of digital marketing experience with proven SEO expertise (rankings, traffic growth, lead generation — show us the numbers)
→ Hands-on skills in Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Google Ads, and Meta/LinkedIn Ads
→ Strong content strategy and copywriting ability — B2B/industrial marketing experience preferred
→ Experience with website management (WordPress/CMS), landing pages, and conversion optimization
→ Data-driven mindset — you make decisions from dashboards, not guesswork
→ Passion for clean energy and sustainability — genuine, not token
→ Experience in renewable energy, manufacturing, or industrial B2B is a strong plus
