Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Experience:2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or lead generation (solar industry experience will be preferred).
Qualification:Graduate / MBA in Marketing / Digital Marketing or related field.
Role OverviewWe are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager who can handle end-to-end digital campaigns — from content creation to lead generation. The ideal candidate should be capable of creating engaging reels, designing creatives, running ads, and generating genuine, high-quality leads for solar projects.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Content Creation & Branding- Create engaging reels, videos, and social media content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Design creatives (posts, banners, ad creatives) aligned with brand guidelines.
- Plan and execute content calendar for consistent online presence.
Performance Marketing & Ads- Run and manage paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
- Optimize campaigns for lead generation and conversions.
- Monitor ad performance, budgets, and ROI regularly.
Lead Generation- Generate genuine and qualified leads through digital platforms.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure lead quality and conversion.
- Continuously improve strategies to reduce cost per lead (CPL).
Analytics & Reporting- Track campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Prepare reports on leads, engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
- Take data-driven decisions to improve results.
Skills Required- Hands-on experience in reels creation, video editing, and graphic design tools (Canva, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of Facebook/Instagram Ads & Google Ads.
- Understanding of lead funnels and performance marketing.
- Creative thinking with a result-oriented mindset.
- Basic understanding of solar industry is a strong advantage.
