Position Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and performance-oriented Digital Marketing Manager with strong leadership capabilities and hands-on expertise in digital campaigns, content strategy, social media management, SEO, and analytics. The ideal candidate should have proven experience managing a team and executing result-driven marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy, Performance Marketing & SEO:
- Develop and execute result-oriented digital marketing strategies aligned with business and client objectives.
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Lead SEO, content marketing, lead generation, and website optimization initiatives to improve organic reach and conversions.
- Monitor campaign budgets, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and ROI performance.
Social Media, Branding & Campaign Execution:
- Manage and grow brand presence across social media and digital platforms.
- Plan content calendars, campaign creatives, and integrated marketing activities.
- Ensure consistent brand communication, storytelling, and audience engagement across multiple brands.
- Coordinate with creative, branding, content, and development teams for smooth campaign execution.
Analytics, Client Management & Team Leadership:
- Track campaign performance, traffic, conversions, engagement, CAC, ROAS, and other KPIs using analytics tools.
- Generate performance reports, actionable insights, and optimization strategies for clients and management.
- Handle multiple client accounts, campaign discussions, presentations, and digital strategy planning.
- Lead and mentor the digital marketing team while ensuring timely execution and quality deliverables.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong expertise in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, SEO, SEM, Content Marketing, and Analytics.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and reporting tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple brands, campaigns, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Agency or IT industry background will be preferred.
- Candidate should be proactive, trend-aware, analytical, and updated with the latest digital trends, AI tools, and automation platforms.
- Team Handling experience is a must.
